Singapore Sling

| cherry liqueur* | 15 mL |
| pineapple juice | 45 mL |
| lime juice | 15 mL |
| Angostura bitters | 1 dash |
| Club soda | to top |
- Orange liqueur: Use homemade orange liqueur, which has no added sugar, making it basically orange-infused brandy.
- Cherry liqueur: Use homemade cherry liqueur, which is equal parts (by volume) liquid leftoever from Trader Joe’s Amarena Cherries and whatever 40%ABV liquor you prefer (brandy or rum are good choices).
- Note that there is no sweetness from grenadine or orange liqueur, but the homemade cherry liqueur should be enough to make up for it.
Method
- Add everything but soda (if using) into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice (top with the club soda, if using).
- Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange or pineapple.
- Mix: Shake
