10 mL | Benedictine |
22.5 mL | sweet vermouth |
22.5 mL | whiskey (rye or Bourbon) |
22.5 mL | brandy (Cognac if u so fancy) |
2 dash | Peychaud’s bitters |
1 dash | Angostura bitters |
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass (or a Nick and Nora or a cocktail or whatever ol’ glass).
- Garnish with a lemon peel
- Mix: Stir
- Glass: Old Fashioned, Nick and Nora, etc.
- Over Ice: No. Or yes!
- Garnish: Lemon peel
